Finally, the cherry on top of this program it’s where it comes from, our program comes from a strategic alliance with Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola in Peru, from the culinary arts career of this prestigious institution, which has given the world some of the best chef known. We also work with other institutions globally as Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon, France; Escuela de Hostelería Hofmann in Barcelona, Spain; and École Lenôtre, in Paris, France.
