Chef Javier Guillen delighted us with his pastry workshop

One of the best Spanish pastry chefs let us in on some of his best kept secrets

Last April 11th and 12th, San Ignacio College had the pleasure of welcoming Chef Javier Guillen from “República del Cacao”. He graced us with a fantastic pastry workshop.

Classes focused on the creative aspect of pastry making. Mixes, colors, techniques, everything you need to compose an exquisite dessert menu. He also shared some valuable tips on how to use “República del Cacao” to transform sweets.

Participants were very satisfied by Chef Guillen’s workshop, as they got to put into practice the techniques acquired and take dessert presentation to a whole new level. Hope everyone will be back next time!
