How to keep focus during college

We understand that at some point or another you may find yourself struggling to stay focus on your true goals as a student. But don’t worry! Here are some pro tips you can adopt to kick those Semester Blues:

  • Take a break to relax and recharge: go for a walk, exercise, have a snack or listen to some music.
  • Make a list of all the pending topics and assignments for the day.
  • Keep your phone as far as possible while you study.
  • Make sure you get enough sleep. The rest will rejuvenate you and make you more productive.
  • Multitasking can be good, but don’t overdo it. Trying to accomplish many things at once may lead to an inefficient use of our time and energy along with poor results.
  • Organize: Keep your study space uncluttered and your study notes and textbooks organized.
  • Study with friends who are serious about their coursework and motivate you to get things done.
