Learn how to improve your memory

Use these techniques when you are at exam time

Did you know that there are different scientifically sound techniques that can improve your memory before a test? Here are some of them, so you can put them in practice:

  1. Walk before a test: A 20 minute walk before a test improves your brain performance.
  2. Say it out loud: It is easier to remember something if you say it out loud instead of just reading it. But be careful; don’t try it in a quite library.
  3. Teach it: The best way to know if you learned something, is teaching it to somebody else.
  4. Mind maps: If you want to remember information effectively, try connections. Do mind maps to connect concepts.
  5. Times New Roman: It has been proven that this font is the easiest one to read, therefore, the easiest one to retain.

We hope that these tips can help you be better prepared for tests. If you have some other technique that you would like to share with us, we are all ears!
