Students from the USIL School of Culinary Arts win contest in France

Students Carlos Enrique Sotomayor, Nathali Torres Cárdenas and Juan Pablo Boy Ramos won the 2nd Worldwide Alliance Culinary Competition in Lyon, France, in which different schools from a number of countries in the Institut Paul Bocuse Worldwide Alliance took part.

During the event, the winning students, who are new ambassadors for our country, said they felt honored to have been selected to represent Peru. They also thanked Institut Paul Bocuse for the knowledge they had gained during their participation in the 5-month Worldwide Alliance program.

The USIL School of Culinary Arts’ performance in the alliance was fundamental to its being named the official Institut Paul Bocuse campus in Lima, enabling it to offer the first official French culinary arts and restaurant management program in Peru.
