Course Description

The shifting environment of the hotel industry requires strategic approaches that the SIU graduate can address.

The program is designed for the student to perform on a high-level management position within the hotel, culinary, and gastronomy industries once graduated.

The Master on Hospitality is designed to enhance the decision-making abilities of the student to lead in the hotel, resort, restaurant, casino, and cruiser industries.

This is possible thanks to the two specializations of the program: Tourism ManagementGastronomy and Restaurant Management
