San Ignacio’s Summer Camp will introduce your child to the basics of cooking, baking and the preparation of pastries and snacks. Children will learn different cooking techniques by using different recipes. They will learn how to read and understand ingredients, measurements, how to properly identify and use cooking utensils and equipment commonly managed by chefs. All this learning while having fun in the kitchen at our very own CULINARY SUMMER CAMP.
A San Ignacio’s Chef Instructor will teach the rules of hygiene and sanitation, as well as the proper use of kitchen equipment. All students will be immerse in the preparation and presentation of food. Best of all, your child will be preparing a different menu every day!
Age Group: 4-8 years, 9-13 years, 14 -17 years, 18 and up
Course Length: 2 weeks from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Cost per participant: $ 375.00 per week (minimum of two weeks) Lunch Included.
Supply Fee: $ 50.00 One time only. Includes a chef hat, apron, and a recipe binder.
